However we at Foley Auctioneers have over 25 years’ experience in dealing with all types of situations. Assessment Process

You can contact our office by phone/e-mail and an experienced member of staff will call to your property and offer you advice and assess the likely rent achievable. We will also go through our detailed criteria, i.e. fees, P.R.T.B, references; Refuse Collection etc. and guide you through all the procedures. We advertise your property on a number of websites including our own website and to name a few. We have a database of potential clients which we try to match to your property at the beginning of the process. Viewings of your property are strictly by appointment only with an experienced member of our staff.

Property Management

The service we provide is a combined lettings and management service for landlords. We only provide full management of the rented property, ie deal with all queries that may arise during the tenancy, collection of rents, drafting up tenancy agreements and organising PRTB.

Tenant Requirements

To rent a property with Foley Auctioneers, prospective tenants must be able to provide the following:

  • 2 References – 1 to state that the tenant is in full time employment and 1 character or previous landlord reference.

  • PPSN Number.

  • 1 months’ rent payable in advance.

  • Security deposit which is equivalent to 1 months’ rent.
