Oliver Farrell set up Foley Auctioneers with his wife Eileen Foley in 1993. He is a fellow member of The Society of Chartered Surveyors and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors together with being a QFA and a Commissioner For Oaths. He is very experienced in Property and Financial Advice and can offer a very personable and professional independent service.
